Hi, I added a method to fetch the number of device tokens registered.

Urbanairship actually requires a trailing slash when hitting this endpoint (otherwise you'll get a 301 error). Everything else looks good, though. I'll merge it in, make that minor change and do a version bump.

RubyGems' push API is still down, but I'll upload 2.2.3 as soon as it's back up.
